Offshore Technical Management Solutions FZC (O.T.M.S.) is a company registered in the United Arab Emirates with clear objectives to provide a cost effective and comprehensive package of quality based technical solutions in the offshore industry satisfying customer needs thereby supporting the continuing growth within the UAE and Gulf areas.

The management of O.T.M.S. have over 80 years of practical hands on and management experience within the offshore oil and gas industry, which includes drilling, jacket and pipeline installation, diving and R.O.V. operations, vessel management, marine inspection and survey, information and communication technology,

providing  qualified and experienced personnel in all fields of the offshore industry.

OCEANEERING GROUP

We have been working closely with two divisions of Oceaneering in the past 2 years namely: the ROV Division based in Dubai and the Umbilicals Manufacturing Business Oceaneering Multiflex UK and USA.

Oceaneering was founded in 1964 and has grown from an air and mixed gas dividing business in the Gulf of Mexico to a diversified, advanced applied technology organization operating worldwide.

Oceaneering owns and operates the world's largest fleet of over 169 work Class ROV systems and over 30 observation ROV systems. Over the last seven years oceaneering has followed a planned programme of growth and during this time we has built and added over 100 workclass ROV systems and invested over US $280 million in the upgrade and standardization of this fleet. In this time all new ROV systems have been designed and built in-house.

Oceaneering has many years experience in providing ROV services in support of drilling, completion, construction and inspection both in West African waters and worldwide. Oceaneering is also the leading supplier of subsea ROV completion and tooling services with an in-dept support infrastructure that combines ROV system and tooling design and manufacture, ROV personnel training and engineering with the operations of ROV's.

CITRA TUBINDO

P.T. Citra Tubindo was established in 1983 to provide end finishing of OCTG (oil country tubular goods) for the oil industry in Indonesia.

The plant started production in June 1984 as one of the pioneering enterprises in Batam island, situated just 20km south of Singapore and now the logistics centre for the oil services industry in Indonesia. Its strategic location allows for the efficient export of its products globally.

Hyderco U.K. Limited provides a global expediting, procurement and logistics service helping clients to fulfill their requirements efficiently regardless of which part of the globe the goods are coming from.

Panyu Chu kong Steel is a manufacturer of ERW and LSAW lines pipes ranging in OD from 4”to 72” with an annual installed capacity of 1 million tons.PCK is the largest longitudinal wedded pipes manufacturer in China. PCK is a holder of API and ISO certificates and her products comply with different standards such as API,BS,JIS,ASTM,DIN and ISO etc.

HUNAN HENGYANG STEEL

HUNAN HENGYANG STEEL TUBE (GROUP) CO.,LTD.{HENGSTEEL for short}, founded in 1958,is one of the three largest specialized seamless steel pipe production enterprises in China, and production base in Central South China. It has RMB2,600,000,000 (USD313,253,000) total assets,400,000 tons of steel pipe and 200,000 tons of steel annual production capacity.

It has five steel pipe and two electric furnace steel making -horizontal continuous casting round billet production lines, of whichf89 Mandrel Mill Production Line has integrated with the latest hot rolling seamless steel pipe production technology of the world today.

All of its main equipments are imported and the equipment level has reached advanced international level of 1990' s. The Steel Making -Continuous Casting Line, adopting electric arc furnace melting -ladle furnace refining -completely horizontal continuous casting round billet process, is of the advanced international level of 1980's .The main technology equipments of the other production lines are of the advanced level in China. In April, 1989, it was certified by CCS.
